He worked his way up, gaining Health and Social Care qualifications, to subsequently achieving a Level 5 Diploma in leadership and management in Health and Social Care.
Matt is passionate about supporting people to live independently within the community, and being involved in their lives in a positive way. He said: “I was impressed by the way SweetTree focus on working with people rather than for people, and the way they go about their care, putting the client at the centre of everything they do.
Fun fact: Matt has an allotment where he grows lots of fruit and vegetables. Courgettes are his specialty, which he often brings in for the office staff.
