Livia Axinoiu
Assistant Live-In ManagerLivia Axinoiu
Assistant Live-In ManagerLivia began her career in Health and Social Car after working for a proud family domiciliary care business as a care coordinator. As her interest grew, she started studying further to gain a greater depth of understanding in the importance of legislature and a person-centred care approach, the practicability of certain theories and the quality of care. Livia developed a great passion for research, identifying gaps and having the chance to improve the quality of care. With her vast knowledge and experience, she understands the needs of service users and their families and the support workers’ daily experience.
In her spare time she likes writing, enjoying time outside with family and friends, painting, drawing, cooking and baking.

Zoe Sparkes
Live-in Care SupervisorZoe Sparkes
Live-in Care SupervisorZoe joined the care industry in 2004 when she was looking for a job that would challenge and motivate her, as well as no two days being the same. Her job is to look after the live in packages and the live in support workers Whilst visiting her grandmother, who lived in a care home due to her advanced dementia, she saw the way the carers were looking after her and felt that she would like to do something as rewarding as well. Reflecting on her decision, Zoe says, “It was without a shadow of a doubt the best decision I have ever made and I have never looked back.”
Zoe’s role in the office is fast paced; fortunately, she enjoys being busy! Due to her training and previous role as a support worker, Zoe is able to go out and meet clients and help them live their lives independently, which she finds to be the biggest reward. Zoe explain, “Helping people maintain their independence and seeing them smile and be happy is the best feeling in the world. I go home every night feeling fulfilled.”
