Carolina Centeio
Talent Acquisition Manager • Human ResourcesCarolina Centeio
Talent Acquisition Manager • Human ResourcesCarolina is now coming up to a year of experience in recruitment, as well as 6 months of experience in dementia and learning disability care. She has also worked in an environment that supports and ensures the safeguarding of vulnerable families. She just recently finished a MSc in Psychology which gave her insight on mental health, cognitive functions, organisational psychology, and how all of these can impact individuals on a personal level as well as employee’s wellbeing in a work environment; which is something of great interest to her.
SweetTree is a family that genuinely cares for one another and goes the extra mile for both clients and employees. Having a younger brother with autism has always made her feel quite strongly about providing the best support for each individual without stripping them of their dignity. For Carolina, this is exactly what SweetTree also stands for.
In her spare time Carolina likes travelling, watching horror films, exercising and baking sweet things.
