Live-in care for the elderly and for adults with complex needs works best when the arrangement is structured around real daily life, not a generic care plan. Here’s what our carers cover.

Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, continence support, mealtime help, and light household tasks. Carers follow the routines your loved one already has rather than imposing a new schedule.

Mobility Assistance: Help moving around the home, transfers in and out of bed or chairs, support with physiotherapy exercises set by clinicians, and falls prevention.

Yes. A private bedroom is required, along with access to a bathroom and the usual household amenities. Carers need proper rest to do their job safely, and they’re entitled to off-duty time during the day, which is typically covered by a family member or a top-up visiting carer.
