FAQs
End-of-Life Care FAQs
How do you ensure privacy and dignity?
Carers are trained to ask before they act, to check preferences around bathing and personal care, and to handle private moments without comment or hurry. If something feels intrusive, your loved one can say so, and the approach can change.
Can spiritual or cultural needs be accommodated?
Yes. We ask about religious practice, dietary requirements, language preferences, and any rituals important to your family during the assessment, and we record these so every carer who visits knows them.
How do you support families during this time?
Family carers often arrive at this stage already exhausted. We offer respite care so you can sleep, run errands, or leave the house for a few hours. Our coordinators are also available to talk through what to expect at different stages.
Can care be provided 24/7?
Yes. Options range from one or two visits a day through to live-in care and around-the-clock cover with a small rotating team of carers.
