Interview
- If shortlisted, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview over Zoom with a Care or Support Manager

- PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t already have an appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, we are required to apply for one on your behalf. You will need to pay for this but the cost is fully refundable after completing 80 hours of work for SweetTree Home Care Services
Before starting
- You will be required to undertake four full days’ pre-employment training (Tuesday to Friday) to check your suitability for the role. This includes one day of training in a specialism such as Dementia, Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities or Homecare. The other three days are for training in moving and handling, medication and general training
- Two employment references and one character reference are required
