An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our team within the Dementia Service as a Dementia Service Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working within a Dementia setting and ensure the promotion of high standards of care. Our innovative and dynamic dementia service is growing and has genuine prospects for the right person to develop a long and highly rewarding career whilst supporting the service to achieve their goals. 

The overarching aim of the role is to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service that is person-cantered and deliver opportunities for independence to all Clients and to be responsible for the day to day running of the Dementia Service, managing the team’s workload and managing a small complex caseload of clients.
