An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our Home Care team at SweetTree Home Care as a Service Manager. The successful Home Care Service Manager will have experience working within a Home Care setting and ensure the promotion of high standards of care. Our innovative and dynamic home care service has genuine prospects for the right person to develop a long and highly rewarding career whilst supporting the service to achieve their goals.

Key skills required for the Home Care Service Manager role:

• A proven history in health or social care management
• An ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel
• Previous team management, presentation and teaching skills experience
