Dorota began her career with SweetTree in 2006, as an Admin and Care Assistant, supporting clients with differing needs including learning disabilities, Motor Neurone Disease, dementia and stroke aftercare. Having both an admin and care background, as well as completing an HR qualification, Dorota soon progressed to her current role in Human Resources. As SweetTree’s HR Administrator, Dorota‘s role couldn’t be busier, managing HR administration responsibilities and delivering an excellent team experience. Dorota is a people person and enjoys the rewarding nature of the job, and supporting new candidates through the HR process.
