SweetTree strengthens its neurological care team
SweetTree has strengthened its care team with the appointment of occupational therapist Nemone Jakeman, as neurological conditions support manager.
SweetTree provides specialist care at home for those with neurological conditions, brain injuries, dementia, mental health related illness, learning disabilities and palliative care needs. With head offices in central London, the company works with clients across the capital and nationally on a live-in care basis.
Nemone, 25, is an occupational therapist by background, holding a degree from Plymouth University. In her new role at SweetTree she will be working within the expanding neurological conditions service overseeing the care of clients with a range of conditions, including multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, stroke and epilepsy. Her experience, professionalism and enthusiasm for changing the lives of those we support will help ensure that the support we provide to individuals with neurological conditions remains unrivalled.”
