Support Worker - Specialist Services
SweetTree has been rated OUTSTANDING by the CQC for a second consecutive inspection.
As a Specialist Support Worker, you will support clients in their own home who have a learning disability, autism, a mental health condition, acquired a brain injury or got a neurological consition.
We currently have vacancies for support workers who have a minimum of 3 month's hands on support work experience with a knowledge of Psychology, Neuro Science, Social Work, Dementia, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or any other health and social care related field with a and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives, SweetTree is the place for you.
You will receive specialist training and have the opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary teams such as clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and other rehabilitation clinicians.
