The successful individual should be happy to roll their sleeves up, be hands on and involved in both the daily and monthly finance activities.
Key Skills and Experience include:
- Accounts Payable reconciliations relating to supplier aging / credit control accounts
- Support the Finance Business Partner for Supplier Management in raising financial journals and completing the bank reconciliations
- Stock control management and reporting
- Support the Finance Business Partner for Debt Management in collecting debt and forecasting future receipts for cash flow management
- Carry out reconciliations on revenue and expenses related to monthly invoicing
- Qualified or Part QBE Accountant with a good track record and demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience of small finance team with wide responsibilities
- A team player with proven leadership qualities, keen to learn and develop, capable of motivating, controlling and developing staff
- Experience of Accountancy Software and proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel) essential
