Our SweetTree Farm spans across c15 acres and is a fully operational farm supporting the growing of crops and maintenance of animals. We have a strong sustainability agenda which has included initiatives such as water harvesting, the growing of food for human and animal consumption, the use of solar energy and ensuring a very low carbon footprint.

We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Farm Worker to work at the Farm in Mill Hill. We are looking for an enthusiastic Farm Worker who doesn't mind working hard and getting their hands dirty! The successful Farm Worker will have a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will be part of a small team working 37.5 hours over 7 days per week. A flexible approach will be necessary as this role will necessitate working at weekends with some early morning and late evening work. A previous knowledge of farming is required and further training and possibly an apprenticeship, will be given.

The Farm Worker duties include: operating tractors; repairs and maintenance to the site and responsible for the animals, tree management and pastures.
