Are Your Carers Trained To Support Learning Disabilities?
Yes. All our carers are trained in learning disability care and receive ongoing professional development. Many also have additional experience supporting people with additional communication, sensory, or behavioural needs.
Can You Help If My Loved One Has Complex Needs?
Absolutely. We’re experienced in supporting people with complex learning disabilities, including those with non-verbal communication, sensory processing difficulties, epilepsy, or behavioural challenges. We’ll take time to understand their needs and create a care plan that provides stability, comfort, and trust.
Do You Work With Families And Other Professionals?
Absolutely, we do. Collaboration is key to good care. We regularly work with families, GPs, social workers, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistent and coordinated support.
Is The Care Available For Children As Well As Adults?
Yes. We provide care for young individuals aged 13 and above with learning disabilities, adapting our approach to suit the person’s age, developmental stage, and specific needs.
