Do You Provide Care During The Night?
Yes, we can arrange overnight care for you or your loved one within 24 to 48 hours.
What If My Loved One Is Resistant To Receiving Care?
It is normal and common to feel hesitant or apprehensive. However, we are experienced in approaching each situation with empathy, care, patience, and understanding. We know that trust is built over time, and we respect each of our clients’ paces. Our care managers can help you and your loved one navigate the situation and make adjustments whenever needed throughout the process.
What Happens If A Caregiver Goes On Holiday Or Is Unwell?
Don’t worry. We make sure continuous care is provided at all times. Before the caregiver goes on holiday, a replacement from our team will be briefed and arranged. We make sure introductions are done correctly, so the transition is as smooth as possible. There will be no disruption to your loved one’s routine.
Do You Provide End-Of-Life Or Palliative Care?
Yes, we can offer both end-of-life and palliative care to make sure your loved one and the family receive comfort and emotional support during this critical time.
