Welcome to SweetTree Home Care Services

As the founder and Managing Director of SweetTree Home Care Services, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to our website where I hope you will learn more about SweetTree and the highly professional personal care and specialist support that we offer. Whether you have a specific care need or would like a more active and social lifestyle our website contains information on how SweetTree Home Care Services can help.

At SweetTree we pride ourselves on offering clients the highest quality care and support possible; regardless of their level of need or dependency. The team's prime objective is to assist those we look after to remain in their own home for as long as they wish with dignity, independence and control over their life. We have formalised the commitment that we make to our clients within the SweetTree Charter which forms the cornerstone of everything we do at SweetTree. SweetTree's professionally trained team adopts a holistic approach to supporting our clients; focusing as much on the client's interests and preferred lifestyle as on the personal care and support required. We want our clients to have fun - regardless of whether this involves a day out shopping, a trip out to meet friends or relatives for a meal, or something less active like listening to music or being read to by a carer.

At SweetTree we are aware that it is the 'unexpected' that causes most concern for Clients and their families and therefore we have launched an in-house Telecare Service which provides monitoring and emergency support; to ensure that clients are never left stranded in a crisis. In addition to communicating directly with the emergency services to swiftly respond in the event that a problem does occur, SweetTree's Telecare Monitoring Centre also works closely with SweetTree's home care team to ensure that a carer is immediately on hand to assist a client, whether at home or in hospital.

While SweetTree prides itself on the quality and professionalism of the care we offer that is not all we do. SweetTree's carers can assist clients with cooking, light housework, shopping and other similar domestic chores to help the client remain at home.

Knowing that it is often the small things that make the biggest difference, SweetTree employs a full time handyman/driver who is available to assist clients at home and on trips out whenever the need arises. SweetTree prides itself on its ability to support clients in whatever way is required and to this end we will be happy to recommend partnering individuals and organizations offering support services such as visiting hairdressing, chiropody, occupational and speech therapy and GP services. For more details of the services SweetTree can assist with, please visit our Support Services webpage or contact a member of our care team.

SweetTree supports individuals with a wide range of needs. For some the reassurance and companionship gained from having a carer visit for a few hours to assist around the house may be enough, while for others it will be the highly professional specialist care programmes dedicated to individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities or neurological impairment that makes SweetTree the right choice. Regardless of the level of support needed, a member of the SweetTree team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help in any way we can.

Like all at SweetTree, I am committed to making sure that we provide our clients & their families with the highest quality care and support possible at all times. I would welcome any comments or suggestions that you may have about SweetTree and the services we offer. I can be reached by e-mail at barry.sweetbaum@sweettree.co.uk or at the office on 020 7624 9944.

Thank you again for visiting our website. I hope that the SweetTree Team can be of assistance soon.
