Amanda has been working for SweetTree since July 2007, and moved into the position of Brain Injury Senior Support Worker at the start of 2009. Qualified as a physiotherapist in Australia, Amanda worked in aged care and mental health before coming to London to see more of the world. Travelling, cooking and catching up with friends fills up any spare time she has. | |

Andzelika Koman - Care co-ordinator Supervisor | |
Andzelika first worked for SweetTree as a care assistant and has now taken on a care coordinator role, liaising between the clients, carers and the office team. Bhanu Gorasiya - Assistant Accountant | |
Bhanu joined SweetTree to take on the payroll, invoices and general accounts. With over 6 years accounts experience Bhanu helped set up new systems to ensure SweetTree’s finance department runs accurately and smoothly at all times. She enjoys speaking to clients and carers on a daily basis and in her spare time likes spending time with her nieces and nephews, travelling, swimming, seeing movies and cooking. | |

Dela Begum - Learning Disabilities Service Manager | |
After joining SweetTree as a carer specialising in supporting people with learning disabilities, Dela became the company’s office manager. In 2004 she left to work in the voluntary sector, managing a home for adults with learning disabilities. She now heads SweetTree’s learning disabilities service. She enjoys shopping and cooking and dislikes cold weather and travelling. | |

Dorota Kucala - Senior Office Assistant | |
Dorota has worked for SweetTree since 2006. She is the Senior Office Assistant and is responsible for administrative tasks across all SweetTree services. She enjoys her work and likes to have everything in order and up to date. She is from Poland and lives in London with her husband and two children. In her free time, she likes visiting London’s museums and doing voluntary work within her Church Community. | |

Helen Johnson (RMN) - Care Manager of Dementia Services | |
Helen is a qualified Nurse and has recently joined the team at Sweettree as Care Manager/Dementia Specialist
She has Community Psychiatric Nurse and Day Hospital experience caring for people with dementia and their families and passionately believes in quality of life.
Helen is also a qualified Emergency Ambulance Technician having spent nearly 5 years with the Ambulance Service. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her new grandson, reading, walking cooking, and visiting places of interest.

Jake is originally from New Zealand and has recently taken on an administration role in the office, but is also a support worker for SweetTree’s Brain Injury Service helping people to access the community and achieve their goals. In his spare time Jake likes to travel and play his guitar. | |

John Coleby - Chief Executive | |
John Coleby joined the team in February 2009. He will be managing operations at SweetTree, focusing on ways to maintain and build upon the quality of services offered. Outside of work, John is a keen sportsman. He enjoys cycling, mountain walking, and will often be found on the rugby pitch overseeing matches as the referee! John also enjoys visiting the cinema and reading when he has the time. John is married with two children.

Karolina joined the Brain Injury Team in March 2009. She previously worked as a Sweettree Care Assistant and Care Co-ordinator for the General Service. Karolina completed Music Education with Special Care Education in Poland and moved to London 4 years ago. She is interested in Psychology and Music Therapy; loves music, live performances and gigs. She also enjoys singing and is currently learning to dance Lambada. She finds inspiration in travelling to amazing places especially under the sun. | |

Nicki was one of SweetTree’s founding members. She has developed and managed the training and quality assurance processes at SweetTree and has now taken on the role of Director of Operations. Nicki is a qualified nurse, moving/handling trainer, and NVQ assessor. She is married to Phil and they have two children.

Phil Bones - Driver/Handyman/Telecare Technician | |
Phil’s roles at SweetTree are various and diverse, but he spends much of his time helping clients with DIY around the house or driving them to appointments or shopping. He is also responsible for installing and maintaining SweetTree’s Telecare support. He is married to Nicki and is a passionate golfer.

Rebecca joined the SweetTree team in November 2008, having graduated in 2007 with a BA in Theatre Studies from Lancaster University. A nurse and qualified moving/ handling assessor, Sandy carries out client assessments, reassessments and follow-up visits. She advises clients and their families on clinical issues as well as providing staff supervision and appraisals. Her main focus is northeast, southeast and east London. Sandy is married with two grown-up children, and she enjoys travelling, cooking and family time. | |

Sian has seven years experience as Registered Manager having acheived her Registered Manager's Award in December 2005. Sian has much experience working in an Assited Living/Domiciliary Care environment. Since joining SweetTree in December 2006 Sian has handled the recruitment and development of our care team to ensure that working with SweetTree is a life-changing experience – for carers as well as clients. Sian also oversees CSCI insepctions and regulatory issues. She loves drawing and has created most of the cards we send out. | |
