If you are not entirely satisfied with the purchase of services from SweetTree Home Care Services, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to ask for a refund of care not received from Sweettree Home Care Services.
To be eligible for a refund, you must clearly state when you believe the care purchased was not given.
Once we have investigated your query and the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
