At SweetTree we believe that the first step to ensuring that we meet our client's needs is to work with the client and/or any relatives they choose to prepare a personal care plan which clarifies what the client's needs are, and how we propose to meet those needs. As appropriate, a member of our client liaison team or specialist service team will work with the client to produce the personal care plan and this will generally take place during the initial assessment following an enquiry. Please be aware that there is no charge for either the initial assessment or the preparation of the personal care plan.
